GMHA Clothing Drive!

GMHA is holding a clothing/household item drive in January!!  

Diabetes Canada will donate $2 from every bag back to GMHA. We are asking all families to bring as many kitchen-size garage bags as they can!

The truck is coming to pick up January 12th so please do not drop off before then. Drop off will be January 12th 9:00 am- 12:00 pm (noon). 

 

Please ensure all bags are under 20lbs

(Please do not pack items in large garbage bag. A small kitchen garbage bag is perfect)


Items allowed include: 

ELECTRONICS & SPORTS EQUIPMENT 

·Cameras

·CDs, VHS tapes

·Cell phones, PDAs

·Fitness, recreation, and sporting goods

·LED, LCD or plasma flat screens

·Laptops

·Tablets

·Toys, games, and gaming consoles

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS 

·Bakeware

·Barware

·Bath items

·Cookware/pots and pans

·Cutlery, utensils

·Decorative accents

·Lamps

·Small household appliances

·Tableware

·Small tables

·Dining chairs

TEXTILES 

·Accessories and bags

·Clothing (all types) 

·Curtains

·General cloth items - bedding and bath items

·Shoes and boots

·Sleeping bags

OTHER ITEMS 

·Hand tools

·Luggage

·Bikes

·Small plastic pools
